This Privacy Policy explains how V&B Psychiatric Services PLLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website. It is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we protect your medical information under HIPAA.

Appointment scheduling and medical information

Our appointment page displays a calendar provided by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter in the calendar is submitted to Calendly for scheduling. Calendly may use its own cookies and processes information under its Privacy Notice. Our care team provides clinical intake and patient-communication instructions separately. Please do not include medical details in booking notes or website inquiries.

Information you choose to send us

Our contact form opens your own email application; any message you send goes directly to us by email and is not stored on this website. If you email or call us, we receive the information you provide (such as your name and contact details) to respond to your inquiry.

We provide psychiatric care to children, teens, and adults. Care for patients under 18 is arranged by a parent or legal guardian, and intake and consent for minors are completed by the parent or guardian using the instructions provided by our care team. This website is informational and is not intended for children to submit personal information.
